Highlights for guys hair?

hey i was thinking about getting some highlights, my hair colour is brown and i have tanned skin, this guy has the kinda colour im thinking about getting so what colour would i ask 4 to gt that colour?? if that made sence lol

if you have a color printer just print it off and give it to your hair dresser and say this is what i want, and even if the color on the paper isn't exactly the color they will make the assumtion that you want it to look natural and layered like his is.
