What is the difference? Hair Highlights question...?

I've never gotten highlights before, and when I called in to make an appointment, she asked if I wanted Highlights or Partial? I don't know the difference, [if there is one], and I said partial, because it was less money. :[ So, anybody know the difference?

What is the difference? Hair Highlights question...?

you can either have full head of high-lights or partial which is top half of your head, if you always have your hair down partial is probably the best one.....

Partial means the stylist sticks to the top part of your head, instead of highlighting all over. If you have thick hair, you'll want to go partial otherwise you'll be there forever.

Highlights are highlights. A partial just means that a certain portion of the head will be highlighted leaving the rest untouched. Most of the time partial highlights are done to the crown area.

partial isnt the full head. I recommend full becuase it will look better and like it took rtime and/or natural.
