Could some1 puhleeez tell me where i can get hold of something to streak my hair blue in India? Any brand or products in particular?? I'v gone crazy lookin for this colour but i cant find it anywhere!!! *desperate*

just warning you ahead of time because i had blue hilites in my hair.... They fade out to green.. so now you know just in case; is there a beauty supply in your area.. they should have the colors there
