I highlight my hair very blonde, although I don't like big chunky highlights, and I hate it when you get your hair done and the start of the highlights at the root are very obvious. Anyone know of a great salon, or better yet a great hairdresser for color and highlights? Price is not very important. Thanks!

I don't know where those places are, but my suggestion for a place to get highlights (or anything hair related) is fantastic sams. That's where I got mine done.

You could try Oyko Beauty Salon in Georgetown. Their address is 2903 M St. NW and their number is 202-342-2675. I've heard they're really good. Or maybe Vidal Sassoon in Tyson's Corner.
